YOUR TASKS

• Scheduling and controlling all production orders in the ERP system Proalpha
• Daily checking and monitoring of production orders and purchased parts scheduled too late
• Interface between the group leaders, purchasing, and customer service
• Contact person for schedule inquiries for production
• Determining priorities in case of overload
• Rescheduling and re-planning of production orders
• Recording and adjusting capacity in the ERP system
• Optimization and continuous checking and adjustment of planning-relevant master data
• Early recognition of capacity bottlenecks

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience in the field of PPS
• Completed technical vocational training and further training as a technician TS in business processes
• Good user knowledge in ERP systems
• Reliable and resilient personality with a structured and proactive way of working
• Solution-oriented and networked thinking
