In order to strengthen our Executive Board, we are looking for an inspiring personality to take responsibility for our Private Clientele & Distribution sector. Directly reporting to the Chairman of the Executive Board, you will lead a strategic sector grouping Basic Clientele, Investment Clientele and Individual Clientele. You will actively contribute to the strategic orientations of the Bank, to the development of our distribution network, as well as to the strengthening of our position on the Neuchâtel market. A recognized leader, you accompany sector managers in their development, promote a culture of performance and proximity, and create the conditions allowing your teams to reach their full potential. Thanks to your excellent knowledge of the regional economic fabric, you embody our Bank towards clientele, partners and key actors in the canton. Member of the Executive Board (f/m) What awaits you? You actively participate in strategic reflections and the development of the Bank as a Member of the Executive Board; You lead and develop the Private Clientele sectors, composed of Basic Clientele, Investment Clientele and Individual Clientele; You accompany and grow sector managers through proximity, demanding and mobilizing management; You define distribution orientations and ensure their implementation throughout the entire network; You identify market development opportunities and contribute to the Bank's influence within its area of activity; You promote a high-performance advisory culture, centered on service quality, proximity and client satisfaction; You represent the Bank towards economic and institutional actors of the region and develop a solid and sustainable network; You actively contribute to the evolution of the organization and to change management. What do you bring? A higher education in the banking, financial or economic field; Successful experience in supporting executives and multi-level management; A personality recognized for its leadership, its ability to unite and its managerial courage; A solid understanding of the challenges related to distribution and market development; An excellent knowledge of the Neuchâtel market and its economic actors.
