Policlinic, emergencies, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Hôpital de Morges offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, the Hôpital de Morges welcomes you to a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for for Hôpital de Morges a:

Nursing assistant in medicine (F/H) at 80-100%

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

The medicine department on the 1st floor has 40 beds, including 6 dedicated to palliative care, and ensures interdisciplinary management of patients requiring general and acute palliative care.

The medicine department on the 2nd floor includes 43 beds, half of which are dedicated to acute care for seniors, with interdisciplinary management in a suitable environment aimed at promoting and maintaining autonomy in activities of daily living.

YOU POSSESS

• A diploma as a health auxiliary or assistant recognized by the CRS or an AFP of ASA.
• 4 years of acquired experience in CTR, EMS, home care, or acute care required.
• Great adaptation to the requirements of the different departments in which you are delegated.
• Good organizational skills (anticipating, planning, coordinating).
• A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good emotional mastery, proactivity, and flexibility.
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them, taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within their field of competence and under nursing delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychic well-being of the entrusted patient base and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for managing the direct environment of the patient regarding hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, global, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
