To strengthen our inheritance advisory team with the workplace at Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle), we are looking for a communicative and innovative personality as an Inheritance Advisor (m/f/d) to support Raiffeisenbanken in the Central Switzerland/Mittelland region, starting immediately or by arrangement. Share What awaits you? ## • Independent client advisory in the topics: matrimonial property and inheritance law, cohabitation, residential property, as well as child and adult protection law, taking tax aspects into account • Creation of documents and contracts: wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, cohabitation agreements, care mandates as well as memoranda, etc. • Contact point for questions regarding child and adult protection law measures • Co-design and implementation of professional training and further education of wealth advisors as well as speaker activity at client events • Participation in projects and working groups • Willingness to travel (activity takes place primarily in Central Switzerland/Mittelland) What do you bring with you? ## • Successfully completed basic legal education (e.g., law studies, notary training, FH in the field of business and law) • Min. 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in inheritance advisory, ideally at a financial service provider • Advisory flair, coupled with initiative, networked and entrepreneurial thinking and diplomatic skill • Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance as well as high quality awareness • Very good German skills
