It promotes a positive view of people with disabilities and puts its skills at the service of their participation and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Fondation Eben-Hézer, a private law, non-profit organization recognized for public interest. As part of our day care service promoting openness, breaking down barriers, and the development of self-determined life projects, and in order to complete the support team of the Unité d'Accueil Alternatif (UAA), we are looking for a qualified Social Educator or MSP (M/F) at an activity rate of 80%. ### Mission You create stimulating welcoming conditions in order to ensure the greatest possible autonomy for beneficiaries in their life journey by developing their capacities to know, to be, and to do. You consolidate the specialized activities of the UAA, in the form of workshops among others, by being a quality professional in the support of beneficiaries. ### Responsibilities * Promote the individual project within the collective. * Accompany the beneficiary in their needs and objectives. * Support learning in daily life activities. * Accompany people with psycho-behavioral disorders, pervasive developmental disorders and/or associated psychic disorders. * Be able to make proposals in the animation of creative and well-being activities. * Collaborate with families and curators, giving them a partner role: development of the beneficiary's individual project and its implementation. * Systemic work with all networks. * Follow-up of the beneficiary's file. * Ensure administrative tasks related to the functioning of the service. ### Desired Profile * Diploma in social work at ES or HES level, ASE. * Experience in a day structure and knowledge of Makaton training, a plus. * In-depth knowledge of ASD and specific support (communication, Teacch, etc.). * Ease in teamwork and communication, organization, and sharing of tasks. * Versatility, reliability, and dynamism. * Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs. * Driver's license required. ### Working Environment We offer the possibility to participate in the development of an important institution, to take on challenges and, through continuous training, to develop your skills.
