At dahlia Lenggen, we offer 138 places for people with high care and support needs as well as 28 age-appropriate apartments. Due to a change, we are looking for a proven RAI specialist as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement to continue and further develop our high care quality and care classification.

RAI Responsible 60-80%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the correct RAI classification of our residents in close cooperation with nursing
• In consultation with the nursing service manager, you will take over the admission planning and accompany the care for an optimal classification
• You recognize the internal training needs, plan and organize RAI training sessions, and implement this knowledge transfer independently
• With your technical expertise, you act in a supportive and guiding manner, lead the supervisors group, and take on a coaching role
• You ensure both the quality of care and its further development and are responsible for health insurance controlling

What you bring

• You have completed tertiary nursing training (Pflegefachperson HF or long-term care and support) supplemented with training as an RAI expert
• Your high social competence and strong communication and argumentation skills help you achieve a professional and target-group-oriented appearance
• Your joy in direct interaction with people, such as in care, in training, or in teamwork, is visible and distinguishes you
• Very good oral and written German skills are mandatory
• You bring good MS Office skills, have sound and proven InterRAI experience, and know careCoach
