Your field of activity

• First point of contact for technical questions concerning our heat pump systems
• Support to customers, installers and internal employees facing technical challenges
• Analysis and resolution of complex breakdown and application cases
• Collaboration with product management, development and service technology
• Management and development of remote maintenance and monitoring solutions
• Participation in the design of innovative interfaces between heat pumps, photovoltaic installations and digital platforms
• Active contribution to the digitalization and optimization of our internal processes

Your background

• Basic technical training - ideally as a heating installer, electrician or in a related building technology profession
• Interest in regulation, electrotechnics and heat pump technology
• Initial experience with heat pumps or heating systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical challenges
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and strong service orientation

This position is also perfectly suited for service technicians wishing to bring more of their practical knowledge from the office in the future.
