Senior IT System Administrator (all) YOUR TASKS: • Ensuring stable and high-performance IT operations (client, server, and infrastructure environments) • Maintenance, further development, and optimization of the IT infrastructure as well as ensuring availability and performance • Analysis and sustainable resolution of user and system problems (2nd/3rd level support) • Support and further development of the client environment including hardware, software, and backup solutions • Administration and operation of mobile devices as well as support of the local IT-related infrastructure (e.g., power, air conditioning, access) • Installation, maintenance, and operation of client, production-related IT, and conference room equipment • Planning and implementation of IT projects in the area of clients and peripherals, as well as participation in infrastructure projects (server/network) • Ensuring professional IT support and taking over deputy tasks within the team WHAT YOU BRING: • Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ (system technology) or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the operation and support of client and server environments • Sound knowledge of complex Active Directory structures (multi-domain) • Experience in project management or in the implementation of IT projects • High sense of responsibility, strong service orientation, and a hands-on mentality • Structured, analytical way of working as well as high reliability • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal stakeholders • Very good German and good English skills (at least B2)
