Tasks ## • Ticket inspections throughout the entire VBZ market area in plain clothes and uniform • Passenger information and customer guidance in the event of disruptions and during large-scale events • Shift work from Sunday to Thursday from 04:20 - 01:30 and Friday/Saturday as well as eve of public holidays 24-hour operation • Additional function as a security employee according to BGST within the security team while consistently maintaining proportionality and complying with all legal requirements   How we prepare you for the tasks: • Sound basic training in tariff knowledge and operational disruption management as well as line and network knowledge • 11-day KOS course (communication and de-escalation training) • 17-day BGST course (legal principles, defense and self-defense techniques, operational tactics, 1st aid) Profile ## • Several years of professional experience in the security sector / security service or a similar area, ideally already in the public transport industry • Flawless criminal record extract • Physical robustness and high resilience • Strong social competence and joy in working with people. Teamwork skills, strong quality and customer orientation round off your profile • Confident and impeccable appearance and courage to make decisions • Independent work at all times of day and night, secure communication both orally and in writing in German, at least level B2. Good oral English skills.
