Ref 2585786 | Date: 16 Oct 2026 Wago Contact SA Industrial Quality Technical Specialist 100% (m/f) For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for an Industrial Quality Technical Specialist We are looking for a technical personality passionate about industrial quality, capable of ensuring the link between production, development and industrialization projects. Within our Quality Technical team, you actively contribute to the reliability of our products and manufacturing processes. Thanks to your technical expertise, you support industrial projects from their development phase and participate in the continuous improvement of control methods and quality assurance. What does the job consist of? ------------------------- * Ensure quality planning in development and industrialization projects, from risk analysis to the definition of controls required for series production * Analyze quality issues, identify their causes and develop sustainable technical solutions * Perform the technical evaluation of measurement reports as well as the validation of parts from injection and cutting processes, in collaboration with the relevant teams * Define, validate and continuously optimize the quality controls necessary for series production * Perform and evaluate measurement system analyses, capability studies and process validations * Collaborate closely with the Development, Tooling, Production and Industrial Engineering teams in order to guarantee the quality of products and processes * Identify, evaluate and deploy new control and inspection technologies adapted to industrial needs What do we expect from you? -------------------------------------- * Technical training at the level of ES Technician or HES Engineer in a field such as mechanics, microtechnology or plastic materials * Proven experience in an industrial production environment * Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial quality * Experience in dimensional control, metrology or statistical analyses * Knowledge of plastic injection, stamping or automation processes * German level C1 * Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP) * Analytical mindset, autonomy and ability to solve technical problems What do we offer you? -------------------------- * Do you want to work for a modern, technology-oriented company and international market leader?
