Working seriously without always taking ourselves too seriously, being able to count on each other and never losing sight of the meaning of our mission: this is the team spirit that I try to foster daily. >> Your key missions * You analyze the financial situations of beneficiaries and determine the income to be taken into account in accordance with the legal framework and the standards in force. * You process and ensure the follow-up of files related to different sources of income with precision and rigor. * You undertake the necessary steps for the collection of income from beneficiaries, employers and the institutions concerned. * You control and validate the modifications recorded in the management systems in order to guarantee the reliability of the data. * You ensure exchanges with internal and external partners and respond to requests within the framework of telephone duty. * You identify inconsistencies, report situations requiring particular follow-up and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practices of the Revenue group. Your profile * CFC as a commercial employee or title deemed equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative function. * Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance. * Very good mastery of standard office tools. * Comfort with numbers, analytical spirit and excellent organizational skills. * Interest in the field of migration and sense of public service.
