Project Manager CAPEX

You manage investment projects (CAPEX) for buildings and facilities at a production and research site, from planning to handover to operations.

Tasks

• Responsibility for scope, costs, schedule, quality, SHE, and sustainability of the projects
• Ensuring compliance with internal project methods and local building regulations
• Building and leading internal, cross-functional teams as well as controlling external partners
• Participation in procurement, tenders, and contract negotiations
• Implementation of project control including progress, risk, and change management
• Monthly reporting to the Steering Committee and commercial project closure
• Coordination with end users from the business for commissioning and handover to operations

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience as a project manager in leading investment projects (CAPEX)
• Experience with Diagnostics projects is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Proven leadership competence in matrix organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong expertise in project management and planning
