Head of Supervision 40-80%

For our client, we are looking for a responsible and service-oriented person for the leadership of the supervision team.

Tasks:

• Technical leadership and coordination of the supervision team
• Ensuring smooth and safe museum operations
• Conducting daily briefings
• Support with deployment planning and events
• Contact person for disruptions and special events
• Compliance with internal processes and security specifications

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in the service sector, leadership experience an advantage
• Very good German skills, good English and French skills
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
• Reliable, independent and customer-oriented way of working
• Impeccable reputation
