MPA - Medical Practice Assistance / Secretary (working hours by arrangement)

Your tasks ## • Reception, care and administrative support for our patients  • Coordination and organization of appointments and examinations  • Telephone and written correspondence with patients, referring physicians, clinics and insurances  • Administrative support for the medical team  • Obtaining and processing cost approvals  • Billing for Protonentherapie  • Maintenance and administration of medical documentation and patient data  • Support for international patients  • Participation in clinical studies and research projects after corresponding introduction  • Representation in the absence of colleagues in the patient office and study office Your profile ## • Training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), medical secretary or comparable qualification  • Professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in a practice, outpatient clinic or hospital  • Very good German language skills  • Good English language skills in word and writing, as English is regularly used in contact with international patients and within our international medical team, French and/or Italian are an additional plus  • Enjoy working with people and have pronounced organizational skills  • Independent, careful and reliable working method We offer ## Our institute is based on interdisciplinary, innovative and dynamic collaboration.
