EMS has 25 production sites in 16 countries, employs around 3,000 people worldwide and, with around 140 apprentices, is the largest vocational trainer in the canton and recipient of the National Education Prize. EMS-SERVICES is responsible for the operation of the industrial site with other located companies and provides its services in the areas of engineering, energy supply, maintenance, logistics, real estate, information technology, human resources management, accounting and controlling as well as environmental protection and safety. ###

What to expect

• Administration of Microsoft 365 services as well as security and compliance features
• Management of end devices with Intune and SCCM (device management, software distribution, packaging and patch management)
• Identity & Access Management with Entra ID, incl. MFA, Conditional Access, SSO and hybrid integration
• Operation and administration of the Windows Server infrastructure (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) in hybrid scenarios
• Use of the Azure services included in E3 such as Azure AD, Security Defaults and Self Service Password Reset

What you bring with you

• Training as an IT specialist with further education HF/FH or equivalent vocational training
• Several years of experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
• Knowledge in the field of endpoint management (Intune, SCCM) and Identity & Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Experience in the area of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features is an advantage
• Project experience is an advantage
• Good German and English skills
