We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, for our branch in Biel, a: LOCATION MANAGER (m/f) 100% Your area of responsibility You are responsible for the management and development of the branch to ensure outstanding quality and the best service for all customers. You inspire and motivate the branch team, create clarity regarding the strategic goals of Operations, and continuously ensure the correct implementation of the processes for order processing. You are responsible for the line management of the employees in the responsible locations and serve as the central contact person for all employees and ensure compliance with all quality, productivity, and safety standards. You take care of the development of your team members and create the best possible working environment for them. What you bring You have completed your professional examination in the automotive trade or similar and bring at least five years of professional experience and two years in team leadership. Additionally, you already have experience in customer service and in the automotive industry. Through your strongly developed service orientation and business sense, your will to achieve results, and your competence to lead your team, you make a difference for customers and colleagues. You have basic PC knowledge and excellent oral and written German and English skills You are flexible regarding working hours – five days / 40 hours from Monday to Saturday You possess a category B driver's license.
