Your areas of activity include: Advising Swiss and international companies in the areas of intellectual property, technology, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and innovation Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in the areas of technology, software, data, licensing, research & development, AI solutions, and digital business models Legal support for technology-related projects, commercial contracts, and transactions Support in the development and implementation of strategies for the protection, use, and enforcement of intellectual property rights Support with legal issues surrounding new technologies, digital platforms, data use, and artificial intelligence Close cooperation with colleagues from our global Baker McKenzie network as well as participation in national and international business development initiatives. What you bring with you: Above-average legal studies and a Swiss attorney's license (Anwaltspatent) Strong interest in intellectual property, technology, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and innovation Ability to analyze complex legal and economic issues and develop practical solutions Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Enjoyment of direct client contact as well as working in international teams.
