Your tasks

• Receiving our customers in the customer hall
• Determining needs, taking into account individual wishes and goals, as well as identifying potential
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Conducting holistic consulting conversations with private customers in the areas of figures, savings, investments, and provisions
• Acquiring new customers and identifying and mediating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as safe deposits
• Option to take over the activity as a practical trainer

Your profile

• Completed commercial bank training (EFZ) or equivalent bank training, such as that offered by CYP or other recognized institutes
• Professional experience in consulting and sales of financial and basic products in a bank
• Enjoyment of active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
• Confident appearance in customer contact through a communicative and trustworthy manner
• High acquisition, sales, and service orientation
• Flexibility to support other locations
