Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) ###

What you will do:

• You take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
• This includes ensuring ordinary and extraordinary real estate maintenance, the scheduling and execution of property viewings, as well as handovers
• You are in contact with owners, tenants, facility management, tradespeople, and authorities
• Negotiating and preparing commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget is also within your area of responsibility
• To meet all these tasks, you can count on support from both team members in technical management and leasing as well as from administration and facility management, whom you supervise
• At the «Wohnen» location, you will also look after the personal support of customers on-site together with your team

• You have a commercial basic education as well as a professional diploma in real estate management (or are currently in training). In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in this field
