Your tasks • You assume overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the establishment, further development and sustainable success of your agencies • Together with your powerful team, you are responsible for active new customer acquisition across all branches (health, property and life insurance) as well as for high-quality, holistic consulting • You develop your agencies personally and organizationally and position them successfully as a high-performance all-branch insurer in the local market • You actively work the market together with your team and continuously expand your network to generate sustainable growth in all business areas • You ensure the achievement of the agreed goals in all insurance areas and initiate targeted measures if necessary • You actively support your team in day-to-day business - in particular in the acquisition of new customers, in cross-departmental customer consulting as well as in administrative tasks and mutations • You lead your team with clear goals, high performance orientation and promote a motivating, binding cooperation Your profile • You have a commercial background as well as sound specialist knowledge in the (health) insurance sector and ideally also in other insurance branches • You bring several years of experience in insurance sales with demonstrable successes - ideally in an all-branch environment • You are a strong leadership personality who leads their agency to success through their own commitment to sales across all branches and acts as a role model • You convince through high self-motivation, willingness to perform and the willingness to go the extra mile in a dynamic all-branch environment • You work goal-oriented, structured and possess assertiveness as well as teamwork and resilience • You are well networked in your region and appear as a credible and present entrepreneurial personality • You possess a valid driving license of category B We at Visana shape the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
