We are expanding our sales back office and are looking for an Employee Customer Service (80-100%), m/f/d at our location in Schmitten (CH) immediately or by agreement. Your main tasks – Managing day-to-day business: from quote creation to order processing including scheduling and deadline monitoring as well as creating delivery and export documents – Supporting international customers in close cooperation with the field sales force (written and telephone contact in German and English) – Independent support of smaller customers – Master data management in ERP and CRM – Supporting the field sales force in administrative tasks – Deputizing within the team Your profile – Completed commercial training or equivalent degree – Professional experience in sales back office and export processing – High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact – Open, resilient, and upright personality – Reliable, precise, and independent working method – Good language skills in German and English (s/m), additional language skills an advantage – Proficient in MS-Office and experience with SAP We offer – You work in a dynamic team with an open communication and feedback culture – International cooperation Covestro – An exciting, varied task in sales back office – Induction phase with various interfaces on site – 5 weeks of vacation, 6 weeks from 60 – Additional public holidays according to the canton of Freiburg The place of work is Schmitten / Freiburg.
