Your tasks

• Independent handling of general administrative and organizational tasks in the back office
• Maintenance and management of the content on our website
• Responsibility for the support and further development of our social media channels
• Advising and supporting our customers with questions regarding social media and digital communication
• Accompanying smaller social media mandates - from idea generation to content planning to implementation
• Coordination and administrative organization of our seminar and event area
• Support in communication with customers, speakers, and partners
• Maintenance of customer data as well as general correspondence and document management

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and/or training as a baker/confectioner with further training in the field of business administration, marketing, or a comparable specialty
• High affinity for social media and digital tools
• Enjoyment in advising customers and developing practical solutions
• Creativity as well as a sense for target-group-oriented communication
• Exact, efficient, and structured way of working
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented personality
• High team orientation as well as an open, motivated, and upbeat manner
• Joy in inspiring customers
• Enthusiasm for the bakery-confectionery industry
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are a plus
