The contributions team looks after our around 47'000 members. They verify insurance coverage, assess the social insurance law status, determine the contributions and issue invoices. Your tasks * Personnel leadership of 14 employees * Ensuring process compliance as well as further development in cooperation with the specialists * Deployment planning, performance assessment and further development of the employees * Recruitment and induction of new employees * Creating framework conditions for a constructive error culture and feedback culture * Participation in projects as well as team- and department-wide cooperation Your profile * You bring several years of leadership experience, ideally with leadership training * Ability and enthusiasm to lead, promote and further develop people * Professional experience in the field of (social) insurances is an advantage.
