Senior Social Media Manager

What you will do:

• You are responsible for the owned social media activities of SZKB and continuously develop them
• You conceive, plan and create target group-oriented organic content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat and coordinate content production with internal departments and external agencies
• You are responsible for the operational publication and ensure that the content is played out in a manner appropriate to the channel, target group and format
• You further develop the social media strategy and are responsible for content and editorial planning
• You look after the community and promote dialogue with our target groups
• You analyze the performance of social media activities, create reports and derive data-based optimization measures
• You support our Mediamatiker apprentices in the field of Owned Social Media

To succeed, you need:

• Education or further training in the field of marketing, communication, digital marketing or social media
• Several years of professional experience in social media marketing and content creation as well as sound knowledge in the strategic and operational management of social media channels, ideally in the financial industry
• Creative flair for content, storytelling, trends and target group-oriented communication
• Experience in content production and in working with internal departments and external agencies
• Strong analytical skills and experience in the evaluation and optimization of social media activities
• Confident use of common publishing and analysis tools as well as sensible use of AI tools in content production
• Stylish communication in German and a good sense for dialect
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative and a hands-on mentality
