At an established engineering company, you will take on leadership responsibility for a motivated team and realize demanding electrical projects - from building technology to railway infrastructure - with a lot of personal responsibility and real creative freedom.

The main tasks ####

• Leadership and further development of the branch with 8 to 10 employees
• Acquisition, customer care and quoting
• Project responsibility for deadlines, finances and quality
• Project design and planning of electrotechnical systems
• Site management, system testing and coordination of interdisciplinary teams

The requirement profile ####

• Training as an electrical planner or electrical installer EFZ
• Further qualification in electrical engineering
• Several years of practical experience in electrical planning and project design
• Proficient in handling MS-Office and CAD
• Leadership experience, communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking
