As a SAS technical project manager, you are the technical spearhead in the implementation of highly complex secondary technical projects for 380 kV and 220 kV substations at our client. Your main tasks • Drafting technical specifications for new substation automation systems (SAS) for 380 kV and 220 kV substations • Ensuring the correct implementation of current technical requirements and standards by suppliers during realization • Verification of project technical documents and quality assurance during the design phase, FAT, SAT and commissioning • Technical support to project management and coordination of stakeholders within the project environment • Support for senior decisions on strategic and technical issues (protection, control-command and cybersecurity) Your profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification with in-depth knowledge in the field of substation automation systems (protection and/or control-command) • At least 8 years of experience in the planning, design, realization, development or operation of substation automation systems • Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and high voltage • Structured and autonomous way of working with a developed analytical and abstract sense • Ability to safely interpret and evaluate drawings, diagrams and complex technical contexts • Team personality, communicative and motivated with great reliability • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as engineering tools (Engineering Base, Visio, AutoCAD an advantage) • Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English; knowledge of French is a plus Start date: Immediate or by arrangement Workplace: Aarau Working time: 80-100% Contract type: Permanent position Please send your application documents to jobs@kurath.ch.
