Start of position immediately or by arrangement FaBe EFZ 80%-100% Your tasks are: • Accompanying and promoting children and adolescents in everyday life • We care for children with different needs, some with cognitive impairment. • Safety and leadership: With your presence, you convey security and take leadership in challenging situations if necessary. • Creating a safe place: You contribute to making our institution a safe and pleasant place for the children and adolescents, including practical housework. • Leisure activities: You are connected to nature, active outdoors, and convey joy in nature and experience-oriented activities. • Thinking ahead and further development: You enjoy working in a team, contribute constructively, and are open to further training.  • Care and support: You support basic care tasks and ensure the well-being of the children and adolescents. Working hours Our work takes place in stationary everyday life and includes: • Shifts between 06:30-17:00 and 11:30-21:00 • At 100% workload: approx. 3 evenings per week and 2 weekends per month • Night standby within the framework of 24h shifts (paid as a flat rate) What you bring with you:  • Education: FaBe EFZ or equivalent training, with interest in further training  • Experience: Initial experience in the care of children, ideally in the stationary sector, as well as the willingness to further develop in pedagogical work • Personality: Positive basic attitude, appreciative, reliable, resilient, and self-reflective.
