Payroll Administrator (M/F/D)

For one of our clients, a public institution in the Geneva region, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator at 60 % to strengthen the remuneration sector as part of a sick leave replacement.

 Mission start: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Ensure autonomous management of payroll ;
• Manage variable elements, hours, and monthly aspects ;
• Carry out affiliations and various administrative procedures related to payroll ;
• Ensure the management of AGI ;
• Establish and manage unemployment certificates ;
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files related to remuneration.

Profile

• Confirmed experience in payroll management and good autonomy over the entire process ;
• Mastery of the OPALE software, which constitutes an indispensable prerequisite ;
• Experience within a municipality or a public administration is strongly appreciated ;
• Good understanding of processes related to remuneration and affiliations ;
• Agile, collaborative and flexible person, capable of integrating quickly into a team ;
• Rigor, sense of organization and autonomy.

Benefits

The 60 % rate is distributed as follows:

• Monday: mandatory presence
• Thursday: mandatory presence
• Tuesday or Wednesday: choice
• Friday: day off
