Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Participation in the conception and further development of training content, including consideration of the latest trends and developments in the relevant field • Supervision of learners in basic and supplementary training • Deputization of the Stadler-internal ÜK leader, including taking over individual course and training sequences • Conducting internal courses such as CAD, drawing technology, 3D printing, etc. • Technical preparation of learners for their deployments in internal departments • Participation in apprentice recruitment, conducting trial days including aptitude testing • Teaching the basics of additive manufacturing • Preparation of partial exams TP and individual practical work IPA • Participation and leadership in various projects within vocational training YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES • Training as a constructor EFZ or an equivalent degree at HF level, including several years of professional experience • Experience in vocational training or leadership of learners • Communicative, empathetic, and initiative personality with high adaptability • Enjoyment of daily work with young adults • Vocational trainer course / SVEB1 certificate (or willingness to complete the necessary further training) • Knowledge of CAD Catia V5 and V6 as well as Smarteam is an advantage • Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office world • Experience and enjoyment of working with technologies such as 3D printing YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription and fitness subscription • Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options) • Catering options in the Migros canteen Gabriela Stuber HR Business Partner +41 79 939 97 05
