Your contribution • Technical and personnel leadership of the Sales Engineering and Product Management teams • Ensuring efficient, standardized, and scalable quotation and sales process handling • Overall responsibility for the analysis and implementation of customer inquiries up to the order • Ensuring quotation quality regarding competitiveness, margin, and profitability • Active support of the field sales service as well as close cooperation with internal stakeholders • Further development and harmonization of sales processes, interfaces, and systems • Development and standardization of tools, methods, and best practices in sales back office • Support in the development and integration of new business areas • Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to control sales activities Your skills and talents • Technical basic training with further training in technology, business administration, or sales (HF/FH/Uni) • Several years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or project business in a B2B environment • Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the further development of teams and employees • Experience in process optimization and in handling CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) • Entrepreneurial and strongly process-oriented mindset, combined with a proactive way of working as well as high customer and service orientation • Distinct communication and interface competence as well as sound negotiation skills • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Our offer ## Our employees are the most valuable asset for our sustainable economic market success.
