Assistant Educator 80 % Kinderkrippe Krümel Töss - with heart, team spirit and joy in working with children For our Kinderkrippe Krümel Töss we are looking for immediately or by arrangement an engaged and loving assistant educator (80 %), who supports our team with heart, expertise and joy in pedagogical everyday life. Your tasks

Loving and needs-oriented care and accompaniment of the children in everyday life
Co-designing a varied and age-appropriate daily routine
Planning and implementation of pedagogical activities and offers
Support during the settling-in process of new children
Observation and accompaniment of child development
Collaboration and exchange with parents and legal guardians
Active cooperation in the team and taking on responsibility in group daily life
Co-designing an appreciative, safe and loving environment
What you bring with you

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kind (FaBe K) or a comparable pedagogical training
Joy in working with children and a big heart for their individual needs
Sense of responsibility, reliability and initiative
Teamwork skills and an open, appreciative communication
Joy in actively co-designing the nursery daily life
Patience, flexibility and a positive aura
Good German language skills
