La Fondation de Vernand supports the daily development of more than 600 children and adults presenting an intellectual deficiency, pervasive developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders.
We are a non-profit organization, recognized for public utility and founded in 1972.
To contribute to our inclusive aims and guarantee the well-being, health and quality of life of children, we are looking for our inclusive class of specialized pedagogy for children having a mild to moderate autism spectrum disorder,
One specialized teacher (M/F) - Permanent position at 42%
We offer you:
the responsibility of a class of 5 to 6 students allowing individualized support
an activity within a multidisciplinary team
participation in institutional projects, notably those related to inclusive schooling
a working environment adapted to the specific needs of the students
possibilities for training and professional development
a status according to the social collective labor agreement.
We ask of you:
a Master's in specialized teaching or Master's in specialized pedagogy or a title deemed equivalent by the CDIP
confirmed experience in the field of autism
an interest in inclusive schooling
the ability and motivation to work in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with families
a mastery of the Plan d’Etudes Romand - PER
the use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
