Production Watch Operator

On behalf of one of our clients active in the watchmaking field, we are looking for several motivated and meticulous collaborators to join a dynamic and stimulating production environment. Your future missions: • You will perform various production operations on watch components • You will carry out assembly and inspection work • You will handle components with precision, using binoculars and the naked eye • You will ensure production follow-up according to defined quality standards • You will participate in the simple maintenance of production equipment • You will work in respect of procedures and quality requirements • You will make article changes without adjustment according to established standards • You will apply the required SPC knowledge according to the activity concerned The profile we are looking for: • You will have excellent manual dexterity and appreciate meticulous work • Experience in watchmaking, industry, electronics, medicine or assembly will be an asset • People in professional retraining, motivated to discover the watchmaking field, will also be welcome • You will demonstrate versatility and a good ability to learn. • You will be willing to work 2x8 hour shifts if necessary. • You will ideally reside in the Bienne region or within 45 minutes. Even without watchmaking experience, a rigorous, meticulous and eager to learn profile can represent an excellent opportunity.
