Our agency, mandated by a watchmaking Manufacture based in Genève, is looking for a Quality Technician (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Quality Technician (M/F)

Profile sought:

• Technical training: microtechnology, precision mechanics, industrial quality or equivalent * Desired experience in a watchmaking or microtechnical environment * Rigor, sense of detail and developed analytical spirit * Autonomy while knowing how to work in a multidisciplinary team * Good interpersonal skills to interact with production and suppliers * Continuous improvement spirit and strong quality culture * Knowledge of precision workshop type environments is a plus * Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, 5 why, Ishikawa, AMDEC (an asset) * Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, quality software, Excel) Main tasks:
• Ensure quality control of components and finished products (dimensional, aesthetic, functional) + Perform controls during production and upon receipt + Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) + Write and update control reports and quality documents + Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the quality system according to the ISO 9001 standard + Collaborate with production, methods and suppliers to improve product quality + Use measuring instruments (micrometers, comparators, profile projectors, etc.) + Participate in internal and external audits
