For our Commercial department at the Oensingen SO location, we are looking for you as Key Your main tasks: Care and development of raw material partners (main shareholders, partner companies) Ensuring the availability of raw materials SNP (slaughter by-products) Negotiation and further development of supply contracts Planning, control and monitoring of quantity flows Developing, coordinating and implementing technical specifications Quality management as well as evaluation and development of partners Coordination with sales and internal value creation Maintenance of the network as well as participation in trade fairs Monitoring and analysis of performance Supplier development and evaluation Our requirements: Training/studies in meat industry, food, agriculture or business administration Experience in the meat industry, slaughterhouse or raw material management Understanding of slaughter processes and by-products Business management know-how (contracts, calculation, quantity planning) Experience in dealing with partner companies Technical understanding of products and specifications Analytical, structured and solution-oriented Secure in ERP/CRM systems Fluent German, Swiss German an advantage You can expect an exciting and varied task in an innovative company.
