We wish to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager – permanent position 100% – French & German
Mission :
Leading the Quality Assurance team for the department, with management of a team of 4 employees
Active participation in quality monitoring in the broad sense of the term
Organization and implementation of certification audits and conducting internal audits
HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products
Development and implementation of sampling plans and control of products and hygiene
Release of new product development and recipe modifications
Development and implementation of internal training in the areas of quality, hygiene and food law
Leading quality improvement projects
Profile
Bachelor in Food Science or higher education in the agri-food field mandatory
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in the agri-food industry mandatory,
Experience in operational team management and field management of quality assurance and quality control activities
Mastery of HACCP
Flexibility, ability to work in a team and very good organizational skills
Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, mastery of SAP is a serious asset)
Spirit of initiative and independence in file management
Recognized managerial qualities, allowing for the imposition and enforcement of high quality requirements
Interpersonal skills and openness to dialogue
