For our client, an internationally oriented trading company based in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated personality for finance and human resources with a workload of 80%. In this versatile role, you will manage the financial accounting of several companies and take on tasks in payroll accounting and personnel administration. A small team awaits you, in which tasks are being redistributed and you can specifically contribute your experience. Starting the position is possible immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as posting ongoing business transactions for several companies
• Participating in monthly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as preparing VAT returns
• Processing payroll accounting and supporting personnel administration; reconciling cash statements, creating evaluations, and preparing information for management
• Taking over general administrative tasks and communication with internal and external contact persons, especially in French

You offer your new employer:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in finance and accounting and knowledge in payroll accounting
• Very good German skills and good to very good French skills for exchange with French-speaking contact persons
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as IT affinity and experience with Infoniqa Sage 200 or M-Files are an advantage
• Open, dynamic and reliable personality with a structured way of working, who likes to work in a team and takes responsibility
