Job Description ##

Responsibilities of the Industrialization Mechanic:

• Carry out technical feasibility studies and write machinability reports.

Calculate manufacturing cost prices (PRF).

Program and validate CNC machining operations (Willemin-Macodel, Bumotec, Citizen).

Define machining strategies, cutting tools, and production parameters.

Design and implement the production means necessary for industrialization.

Carry out and validate prototype and pre-series runs in compliance with quality and performance requirements.

Provide technical support to production workshops and quality teams.

Guarantee the locking and control of manufacturing processes.

Participate in the continuous improvement of processes in terms of quality, costs, and productivity.

The Successful Applicant ##

Profile of the Industrialization Mechanic

• CFC in Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien or equivalent technical training.
• Additional training as a Technicien ES in Mechanical Engineering is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrialization or methods in a precision mechanics environment.
• Solid experience with multi-axis CNC machining processes.
• Proven experience in the production startup of new products.
• Mastery of CNC programming (GibbsCAM and/or TopSolid).
• Mastery of precision machining techniques: turning, milling, and combined operations.
• Good mastery of process capability, repeatability, and process stability concepts.
• Experience in industrial cost calculation and cycle time optimization.
