• Provide quality support to the production workshops in order to guarantee product compliance and customer satisfaction
• Lead and facilitate problem analyses and identify the root causes of defects
• Ensure the proper handling of internal non-conformities
• Promote the development of a quality culture within the workshops and ensure the application of quality procedures and standards

Profile :

• Engineering degree or ES technician degree in the field of quality (Switzerland)
• TQ2 diploma (Ariaq)
• 5 years of experience in facilitating problem solving
• Ability to work in a team and to unite multidisciplinary groups
• Proficiency in IT

Additional information :

• Contract type: Permanent full-time
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Activity rate: 100%
• Location: La Chaux de Fonds, canton of Neuchâtel
• Language: French - Excellent level
