Your field of action ###

• You are responsible for administering intravenous cytostatics and other hematological and oncological therapies and interventions
• You perform plasmapheresis and stem cell collections. In this context, you are willing to perform on-call duties (weekends approximately 1x per month, as well as holiday on-call duty)
• You control all nursing steps of the specialized therapies, taking into account the defined quality criteria
• Advising and accompanying patients during their therapy is part of your daily work, where you offer the best possible support with empathy and expertise

Your experience ###

• You have completed basic training as a nursing professional HF. Professional experience in the fields of hematology and/or oncology is an advantage
• Knowledge of plasmapheresis and stem cell collection is desirable. If you do not have this knowledge, you are willing to acquire it and continuously develop yourself further
• You are characterized by a robust personality that is able to keep a clear head even in demanding situations. Additionally, you are adaptable, which enables you to quickly adjust to changing requirements and new challenges
• You have a pronounced social competence that enables you to deal with our patients in a sensitive and respectful manner, even in stressful situations
