YOUR TASKS

• Personal and telephone specialist advice for end customers
• Preparation of offers / purchase contracts
• Written and telephone order processing of customer inquiries
• Telephone follow-up of customer inquiries as well as after deliveries and installations
• Assistance and monitoring of deliveries/installations
• Execution of orders as well as incoming goods inspections
• Cash closures (day, week, month) Decoration Store / exhibition, depending on season or promotion

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in sales as Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ
• Experience in advising sophisticated clientele
• Good user knowledge in the MS-Office area
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good French skills in spoken form is an advantage
• Independent and customer-oriented personality with good expression
• Quick comprehension as well as structured way of working
• High communication and teamwork skills
