Your role with us

• You advise our large customers on the introduction, optimization, and further development of the Abacus software
• Together with your customers, you analyze existing business processes, identify optimization potentials, and develop practical solution concepts
• You record requirements, design the optimal implementation, and parameterize the Abacus solution according to customer needs
• You independently lead customer projects or sub-projects and coordinate the implementation together with internal and external stakeholders
• You conduct workshops, user training, and presentations and accompany your customers from conception to successful go-live
• As a competent contact person, you also support your customers after introduction with continuous optimization and the use of new functions

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience along the value chain as well as a sound understanding of business processes
• Good to very good user knowledge in Abacus in modules from the value-adding area (ABEA) and/or AbaBau
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes as well as pleasure in developing customer-oriented solutions
• A commercial education supplemented by further training (HF, FH or federal diploma) or a comparable qualification
• A confident appearance, a strong consulting and service orientation, as well as pleasure in direct customer contact
• An independent, structured way of working and the motivation to take on responsibility in customer projects
• Readiness for cross-location collaboration
