• Carry out repair, service and assembly work at customers' premises
• Plan appointments independently and process customer complaints autonomously
• Competently advise customers on service services
• Take over administrative tasks in connection with customer orders
• Plan, manufacture, install and maintain sanitary and heating installations
• Requirements
• Completed training as a sanitary or heating installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience as a service fitter
• Open and friendly demeanor with pronounced communication skills
