Your tasks
As Team Leader Logistics, you are responsible for the smooth processing of our logistics processes -- from goods receipt to on-time delivery to our customers. You take over the planning and coordination of customer orders, lead the logistics team, and ensure maximum efficiency and quality in our logistical processes.

• Responsibility for the entire logistics planning and execution in the field of office and contract furniture
• Controlling the on-time delivery and assembly at the customer
• Planning and support of large-scale projects (from 150 workstations)
• Technical and operational leadership of the logistics team
• Control and acceptance of incoming goods
• Picking of customer orders, tour-compatible preparation
• Physical and systematic storage in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with project management, assembly, and sales
• Optimization of internal warehouse and logistics processes
• Conduct annual warehouse inventory

Your profile

• Several years of experience in logistics management, mandatory in the furniture industry (office and contract furniture)
• Sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of customer orders and deliveries
• Experience in project processing and in handling large furnishing projects
• Know-how in the installation and assembly of office furniture
• Very good ERP and Microsoft skills (ideally Abacus)
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility and resilience
