Our client is an established Spitex organization that provides professional nursing and care services for people at home in its region. The company is in an exciting phase of organizational development and relies on modern structures, quality, and a committed team. To strengthen the nursing team, we are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Management and implementation of the nursing process for clients at home
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist centers, doctors, health insurance companies, and authorities
• Professional responsibility for FaGe, AGS, and SRK employees
• Independent execution of basic and treatment care according to the care plan
• Further development of specialist focus topics
• Participation in projects and optimization of processes
• Participation in ensuring quality, hygiene, and occupational safety

Your profile

• Degree as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Knowledge in the Spitex environment or initial contact with it
• Commitment, flexibility, and high reliability
• Knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Driver's license category B
• Cheerful, positive manner for a good corporate culture
• Willingness to participate in projects and process optimization
