We ### • represent a systemic approach. • are politically and religiously neutral. • undertake, on official mandate, the support of children, adolescents, young adults and families in voluntary and ordered contexts • offer the benefit recipients 24h / 365 days availability in emergencies (on-call service). • are contractual partners of the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (Zürich) in the areas of Supported Individual Living, SPF and DAF (services in family care) We are looking per 1. September or by arrangement for our interesting, versatile and responsible work at our centrally located, beautiful workplace in the city of Zürich Social Pedagogue/ Social Worker FH / HF, 80% ## The job profile includes administrative tasks and the readiness for evening shifts (until approx. 8 PM) as well as for on-call service outside of office hours (fixed rotation; no on-call sleeping) You are ### • at least 32 years old • empathetic, communicative, responsible, independent, humorous, team-oriented and resilient with ### • Swiss degree FH / HF in Social Pedagogy / Social Work (or existing equivalence recognition) • experience in social pedagogical work with children / adolescents (e.g. home / SPF/ DAF or youth - residential support) • flawless criminal record (VOSTRA check) • a prejudice-free attitude • a systemic, resource- and goal-oriented basic attitude and way of working • a driver's license for cars and readiness for passenger transport (no own vehicle necessary!) • the ability to perform reports and other administrative tasks in a structured, clear and efficient manner.
