We are looking for our branch in Biel for: LOCATION MANAGER (m/w) 100% Your area of responsibility You are responsible for the management and development of the branch to ensure outstanding quality and best service for all customers. You inspire and motivate the branch team and create clarity about the strategic goals of operations and continuously ensure the correct implementation of the processes for order processing. You are responsible for the line management of employees at the responsible locations and serve as a central contact person for all employees and ensure compliance with all quality, productivity and safety standards. You take care of the development of your team members and create the best possible working environment for them. You bring You have completed your professional examination in the automotive industry or similar and have at least five years of professional experience and two years in team management. Additionally, you have already gained experience in customer service and the automotive industry. Through your strongly pronounced service orientation and business sense, your will to achieve results and your competence to lead your team, you make a difference for customers and colleagues. You have basic PC knowledge and excellent spoken and written German and French skills You are flexible regarding working hours – five days / 40 hours from Monday to Saturday You have a driver's license category B.
