What you bring with you

• Training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung (FaBe) or equivalent qualification
• Experience and sound specialist knowledge in dealing with people with challenging behavior (HeVe), ideally in a comparable environment
• Professional experience in the atelier area, preferably in a creative or manual context
• You are a creative, balanced and resilient personality who maintains an overview even in demanding situations
• Good administrative knowledge as well as a healthy dose of humor
