Your role:

Ensure the role of leader, mentor and trainer for the breakfast operational team

Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards, hygiene standards and current regulations

Develop a strategy on new products and services, analyze your sales and ratios

Offer an unforgettable experience for our customers

Be the guarantor of sales, turnover, stocks and service orders

Be proactive in your proposals and breakfast and bar offers

Your experience and your skills include:

Essential quality of service: experience in management is required

Ability to create and maintain good relations with stakeholders

Excellent communication promoting the sharing of information

Ability to manage a team, to share a strong team culture and to encourage performance

Use of Opéra and Simphony is a plus
