EXPERTsuisse, the Swiss association of experts in audit, taxation and fiduciary, has the mission to train, certify, support and represent its members and other target groups through sound professional work, interesting publications and practice-oriented training offers. EXPERTsuisse has more than 10’000 individual members and approximately 800 member companies and is committed to the interests of the industry and to a strong Swiss economic location.

The Training department is one of the central pillars of our organization. In this function, you coordinate and develop professional training programs intended for specialists in audit, taxation and the fiduciary field. You ensure their end-to-end implementation, in close collaboration with program managers, speakers and the entire team. To strengthen our presence in Suisse romande, we are looking for, from 1st December or by agreement, a training coordinator.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate the training programs entrusted to you, from their planning to their realization and their evaluation.
• Organize in-person, online and hybrid format sessions, in connection with speakers, participants and partners.
• Manage and update calendars, registrations, training platforms, course materials, evaluations and billing elements. Guarantee the organizational and formal quality of the offers as well as a professional experience for participants and speakers.
• Realization of asynchronous formats and e-learning solutions adapted to market needs.
• Monitor data and feedback related to the programs and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the teams in Suisse romande and Zurich and support the cross-functional projects of the Training department.

Your profile:

• Higher education in the commercial, administrative or equivalent field, completed by proven experience in the coordination of professional training, programs or projects.
• Knowledge of higher professional training and/or the sectors of audit, taxation, accounting or fiduciary constitutes an important asset.
• Excellent command of French, very good skills in German and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in the design or implementation of digital learning formats (e-learning), or strong motivation for the development of skills in this field.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills, with ease in working simultaneously with participants, speakers, training managers and internal and external partners.
• Great versatility with rigorous organization, autonomy, sense of priorities and ease with digital tools, notably MS Office, CRM and LMS platforms.
• Great flexibility facing periods of sustained activity, availability for occasional travel in Switzerland and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Open spirit to change, strong customer orientation and willingness to fully integrate into a committed team.
